Reporting to the IT Manager, the Systems Administrator will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading the administration of InstaVolts business applications. The primary systems that they will be supporting will be InstaVolt’s implementation of Salesforce and our in-house systems developed to manage the customer transactions delivered through our charge station network. The role will be based at our HQ office in Basingstoke.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups
  • Maintaining, prioritizing and reporting user request backlog
  • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
  • Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools.
  • Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed.
  • Resolve user support tickets

  • Action oriented and proactive – seeks to grow their role and the business capabilities.
  • Organisation and project planning for upgrades and implementation roadmaps.
  • Problem solving skills which demonstrate an ability to lead thinking and solutions.
  • Able to stand alone and be a technical expert for all the in house and external IT systems.

 

Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science is preferred
  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification would be beneficial but not essential.

Location: Basingstoke
Base: InstaVolt Head Office – Chineham Business Park, Basingstoke
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 Depending on experience.
