InstaVolt Extends Off-Peak Charging Hours for Greater Flexibility

We’re making off-peak charging even better! InstaVolt is pleased to announce an extension to our off-peak hours, providing even more flexibility for electric vehicle (EV) drivers looking to charge at a lower rate.

Effective immediately, our off-peak tariff of £0.54/kWh will now be available from 9pm to 7am – giving you two additional hours to take advantage of reduced pricing. Whether you prefer to charge late at night or early in the morning, this extension makes it easier to power up when it suits you.

Off-peak charging offers significant benefits for EV drivers. Not only does it provide a more affordable way to keep your vehicle charged, but it also helps to balance electricity demand, contributing to a more efficient and sustainable energy grid. To access off-peak rates, simply use the InstaVolt app when charging during the designated hours. Please note that if your charging session starts outside of the off-peak window, the standard rate of £0.85/kWh will apply.
