Electrical Field Service Engineer – Bolton

Bolton, Leicester & Oxford Based, with field travel

InstaVolt the largest owner operator of rapid electric vehicle charging stations across the UK and we pride ourselves on customer experience and satisfaction. Our teams provide a full range of support to our stations, as well as playing a crucial role in the expansion of the network and the continuation of our reputation as best in the industry.

To support our growth, we are looking to recruit an Electrical Field Service Engineers, with a great work ethic and the ability to work under their own initiative, to cover the B Bolton, Leicester & Oxford areas of the UK. There is potential UK wide travel involved as we continue to expand our network across the country. This role would be working Thursday – Monday weekly with the option of overtime available but not mandatory on the Tuesday & Wednesdays.

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Land Rights Administrator to support our growing Land Rights team. This role plays a key part in managing documentation, tracking agreements, and ensuring all land rights processes run smoothly.

No prior experience in land rights is required.

We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, confidence using Microsoft systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary: £25,000 + 10% discretionary annual bonus

We’re seeking a detail-oriented CAD Technician to join our dynamic and fast-paced development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high quality 2D site layouts and technical drawings to support the development of EV charging infrastructure across the UK.

The successful candidate will use AutoCAD to create drawings for planning submissions, equipment elevations, site layouts, and other site-specific plans — considering a variety of design, legal, and operational factors.

This role is ideal for someone starting or continuing a career in the growing EV industry, contributing to InstaVolt’s mission to deliver best-in-class charging solutions. You’ll work closely with our Development, Connections, Legal, and Planning teams to bring new charging sites to life — from initial design through to construction.

Salary: £26,000 – £29,400 Depending on experience.
