I would like to reassure you that through these unprecedented times our rapid chargers will continue to operate to InstaVolt’s market leading standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

While following Government advice to work remotely wherever possible, our field engineers will be working closely with our network performance team to implement our rigorous service and maintenance programmes.

We have also introduced additional cleaning processes to focus on the “high touch” areas like plugs and screens.

Handwash facilities are to be found at the majority of our stations, so with this “high touch” operation in mind, we are actively encouraging our customers to wash their hands thoroughly when they have finished using the chargers.

If you feel it necessary, our chargers (plugs, screens etc) can be wiped down by individual customers before use. We would ask for the used wipes to be disposed of in the correct manner. And while our engineers love talking to our customers, for the foreseeable future we are putting handshakes on hold to protect you and our teams.

Any updates will be communicated via our social media channels and please refer to Zap-Map or our website for an up to date network status. As always our free helpline is open 24/7 on 0808 281 4444 or if you require any further information contact us at [email protected].

On behalf of myself and the team at Britain’s favourite charging network, I would personally like to thank you for your continued support and custom. In these uncertain times please take care and keep safe.
