InstaVolt Unveils Upgraded Banbury EV Hub with 160kW Chargers

EV drivers, rejoice! InstaVolt’s Banbury hub, located at Stroud Park retail park just off Junction 11 of the M40, has undergone a significant transformation. The original 8 CPE250 chargers have been replaced with 160kW units, offering faster and more efficient charging than ever before. The upgraded site is now fully operational, with all 32 chargers online and ready to serve the growing EV community.

The Banbury hub is more than just a charging station; it’s a symbol of InstaVolt’s journey and commitment to innovation. First opened during the summer of 2020, the site originally featured just 8 chargers but quickly became a favourite among drivers. Thanks to its popularity, the hub has expanded twice over the years, now hosting an impressive 32 chargers and serving over 6,000 drivers each month.
