InstaVolt are the largest owner operator of rapid electric vehicle charging stations across the UK and we pride ourselves on customer experience and satisfaction. Our teams provide a full range of support to our stations, as well as playing a crucial role in the expansion of the network and the continuation of our reputation as best in the industry.

To support our growth, we are looking to recruit an PA, with a great work ethic and the ability to work under their own initiative, to support our executive team.

Role Overview:

As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will be the right hand to our executive team, providing high-level administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will handle a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with discretion. Your role will be pivotal in enabling our executives to focus on their strategic priorities and maximise their productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing communications as appropriate
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executives
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
  • Dictating important meetings either in person or over electronic channels.


  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, supporting C-suite executives or senior management
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Must have a valid UK Driving Licence.
