Due to some recent fraudulent payment activity we have been managing over the past few days, with immediate effect we have taken the decision to suspend all payments from customers using Monzo, Starling or Revolut bank accounts. This means cards associated with these bank accounts will not be accepted on our payment systems via contactless, chip and pin or app payment during this temporary suspension.

Our team of highly skilled experts are looking into this with the utmost urgency to ensure both our customers and our sites are protected. There is no action for you to take at this time and our chargers and sites remain fully open, secure and working for all other accepted cards and payment options.

We take any sort of criminal activity very seriously and will have a solution very soon which we will keep you updated with.
