Current Standard Network Pricing and Fees
These Terms and Conditions set out the pricing structure for charging with InstaVolt Limited (“Instavolt”) across our network of rapid and ultra-rapid chargers in the UK. Please read carefully to understand how charges are applied, including standard rates, off-peak rates, site-specific rates, and promotional pricing.
Standard Pricing
The following table shows InstaVolt’s standard tariffs:

InstaVolt App Limits
The following table shows InstaVolt’s UK App limits:

| InstaVolt Roaming Percentage | 3% | The percentage fee added to the fee to cover currency conversion cost across InstaVolt regions when the currency differs from your home region. |
| Pre-Payment Start Recharge Amount | £5 | The minimum amount required in a Pre-Payment Account to allow the recharge to be initiated. |
| Pre-Payment TopUp Amount | £10 | The minimum amount that can be credited to a pre-payment account. |
| Minimum Pre-Payment Amount | £1 | The minimum amount of credit on a pre-payment account to allow the current recharge to proceed. When your credit is less than this amount, the recharge will cease. |
| Card Validation Amount | £20 | The amount taken when registering a payment card to your account. |
| Card Verification Amount | £1 | The amount taken when Instavolt re-validate your payment card after a period of non-use. |
| Recharge Reserved Fee | £5 | The amount that is pre-authorised against your pay card during recharge. During recharge a number of pre authorisations of the recharge reserved fee may occur to cover the total cost of your recharge. |
| InstaVolt charging credit conversion | 1 Volt = 1p | Each Volt is worth 1p when redeemed against InstaVolt charging credit. |
| Transferring Volts to Virgin Points | 1 Volt = 1 Virgin Point | Volts can be transferred into Virgin Points through Virgin Red. The value of Virgin Points when redeemed for rewards may vary. |
