We’ve launched a brand-new ultra-rapid EV charging site on Wimborne Road giving drivers in Bournemouth fast, reliable and convenient access to charging powered by 100% renewable energy. 

Located at the Co-op, this new site is perfectly placed for local residents, commuters and visitors, offering a quick and easy top-up while you shop, run errands or travel to the airport. Whether you’re heading into town or exploring the wider south coast area, it’s a simple way to stay charged and on the move. 

Site details:   

• 2 x 160kW chargers – power up and get back on the road in as little as 20 minutes  

• One accessible bay – for easier access for EV drivers and wider vehicles  

• Prime location – 967-975 Wimborne Road, Red Hill, Bournemouth, BH9 2BN 

• On-site Co-op – pick up your groceries whilst you charge (open 7am–10pm Monday to Saturday, 10am–4pm Sunday)  

• Availability – Open 24/7 for round-the-clock charging
