InstaVolt Pricing Terms and Conditions
Current Standard Network Pricing and Fees
These Terms and Conditions set out the pricing structure for charging with InstaVolt across our UK network of rapid and ultra-rapid chargers. Please read carefully to understand how charges are applied, including standard rates, off-peak rates, site-specific rates, and promotional pricing.
1. Standard Pricing
The following table shows InstaVolt’s standard tariffs:

2. Summer Special Terms and Conditions
The InstaVolt Summer Special rate (“Promotion”) for all contactless users and roaming customers of our chargers is £0.54 per kWh, and for InstaVolt App and InstaVolt RFID users is £0.50 per kWh (“Promotional Pricing”). These rates are available until 8pm 30 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”) at the following participating locations (subject to the host site opening hours):

- InstaVolt Millbrook Way Penwortham, Preston, PR1 0XW
- Dunelm, Apex Retail Park, Upper Conybere Street, Highgate, Middleway, Birmingham, B12 0EB

Open Monday to Saturday 09:00 – 21:00 Sunday 09:00 – 20:00 - InstaVolt A1 Southbound Services, Pontefract, WF8 3JF

- InstaVolt Winchester EV Superhub (Andover Road, Winchester, SO21 3ET)
(“Participating Locations”).
At the end of the Promotion Period, prices at the Participating Locations will revert back to our current standard rates which you can find above.
There is no limit on the number of charging sessions within the Promotion Period and to qualify for the Promotion and obtain the Promotional Pricing you simply need to use one of our chargers at the Participating Locations within the Promotion Period.
The Promotion is subject to availability and operability of the chargers at the Participating Locations. Whilst we endeavour to ensure a high level of operability of our chargers, we are not liable should you not be able to take advantage of the Promotion due to our chargers failing or requiring maintenance.
The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, voucher or promotion . The Promotion is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
By participating in the Promotion, you accept these terms and conditions.
We are entitled to refuse to honour this offer if we suspect fraudulent use or dishonesty and reserve the right to alter or remove this offer at any time without prior notice.
Your use of our chargers is also subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions and App Terms & Conditions.
