As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and competent Group Finance Manager to join our finance team.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Group Finance Manager to join our dynamic team, reporting directly to the Head of Group Finance.

You will be responsible for managing key financial processes across the group, with a critical focus on coordinating external partners to ensure compliance in audit, accounting, and taxation.

The role requires someone who can adjust priorities effectively, communicate with clarity, and proactively address risks and barriers to drive operational efficiency and compliance.

You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all financial processes are streamlined and compliant with regulations.

Whilst we offer flexible working arrangements where appropriate, this is expected to predominately be an office-based role in our Basingstoke head office.

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum plus 10% annual discretionary bonus

To support our growth, we are looking to recruit an Electrical Field Service Engineer, with a great work ethic and the ability to work under their own initiative, to mainly cover the Carlisle area of the UK. There is potential UK wide travel involved as we continue to expand our network across the country.

Hours: 40 hours per week with 1 in 5 on call with extra compensation

As a Sales Support Administrator, you’ll build a strong foundation in sales administration, operations, and business support. You’ll support the Sales team with day-to-day operational tasks, help coordinate sales processes, and contribute to internal efficiency improvements.

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 + 10% discretionary annual bonus

InstaVolt is the largest owner-operator of rapid electric vehicle charging stations across the UK. In this important role, you will work closely with our international IT team to lead the organisation’s cybersecurity and information risk agenda, including oversight of ISO 27001 and broader security governance across the business.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001:2022 and our automated assurance framework. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the company complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for cyber risk management and compliance.

You should also be confident in coordinating technical security assurance activities, including supplier due diligence, security architecture oversight, incident remediation, SOC alert triage and management, and hardening of security tools. These actions ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets while protecting them from unauthorised access or disclosure. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with diverse teams and optimise our systems to support our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) objectives.

£55,000 – £65,000 Depending on experience.

In this important role you will work with our in-house legal team on all legal matters but primarily supporting the business and teams with the progression and completion of leases in respect of our charging equipment.

This role will be based in our HQ in Chineham RG24 8WD.

Salary: £25,000 + 10% annual discretionary bonus
