InstaVolt brings ultra-rapid EV charging to South Normanton, just minutes from the M1

InstaVolt is thrilled to announce the opening of its latest ultra-rapid EV charging hub in South Normanton, perfectly positioned just off the M1.

This new site adds 10 ultra-rapid 160kW chargers to the area, offering a convenient and reliable solution for electric vehicle drivers travelling along one of the UK’s busiest motorways.

Strategically located adjacent to a McDonald’s restaurant, the hub provides EV drivers with easy access to charging and nearby facilities.

With its high-speed chargers, the hub can support the growing number of electric vehicles on UK roads with two accessible bays, catering to a broad range of driver needs.

The site is one of the largest charging facilities in the area, in line with InstaVolt’s mission to make EV charging seamless, accessible, and fast as it targets 11,000 UK chargers by 2030.
