The role:

The Wayleave Officer will support the Connections Team in securing the necessary legal consents, wayleaves, easements, and leases to enable new and upgraded electrical connections.
This role provides development opportunities for the post holder to gain experience in land rights negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and utilities project delivery within the energy and infrastructure sector.

Salary:  £35,000 – £40,000 Depending on experience.

Role overview:

The Head of FP&A will lead financial planning, performance reporting and insight within fast moving, dynamic PE-backed environment.

This is a crucial, high-impact, high-visibility leadership role suited to a commercially driven, technically strong FP&A professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable operating at both board level and in detailed analytical execution.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical capability, owning forecasting, board reporting and all BI/analytical oversight while managing the FP&A and BI team.

This role will be based in our HQ in Chineham RG24 8WD.

Role Overview:

As a Project Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the development of EV charging sites from early feasibility through to construction readiness. The role is focused on site suitability, design coordination, planning and project progression.

You will work closely with CAD Technicians, Connections, Sales and Legal teams, and external consultants to ensure projects are developed efficiently, accurately, and in line with company standards.

The role includes responsibility for managing the planning approval process where required, including assessing planning risk, coordinating applications, liaising with local authorities, and supporting submissions through to approval. Planning consultants will support complex schemes, but ownership of the process remains with the role.

This role is ideal for someone confident managing projects and designs, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to further develop their experience within the EV infrastructure sector.

You will report into a Lead Project Developer (or the Head of Project Development where required) and will not have direct line management responsibility.

Salary:   £28,000 – £32,000 Depending on experience.

We are looking for a Group Finance Manager to join our dynamic team, reporting directly to the Head of Group Finance.

You will be responsible for managing key financial processes across the group, with a critical focus on coordinating external partners to ensure compliance in audit, accounting, and taxation.

The role requires someone who can adjust priorities effectively, communicate with clarity, and proactively address risks and barriers to drive operational efficiency and compliance.

You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all financial processes are streamlined and compliant with regulations.

Whilst we offer flexible working arrangements where appropriate, this is expected to predominately be an office-based role in our Basingstoke head office.

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum plus 10% annual discretionary bonus

In this important role, you will work closely with our international IT team to lead the organisation’s cybersecurity and information risk agenda, including oversight of ISO 27001 and broader security governance across the business.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001:2022 and our automated assurance framework. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the company complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for cyber risk management and compliance.

You should also be confident in coordinating technical security assurance activities, including supplier due diligence, security architecture oversight, incident remediation, SOC alert triage and management, and hardening of security tools. These actions ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets while protecting them from unauthorised access or disclosure. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with diverse teams and optimise our systems to support our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) objectives.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented CAD Technician to join our dynamic and fast-paced development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high quality 2D site layouts and technical drawings to support the development of EV charging infrastructure across the UK.

The successful candidate will use AutoCAD to create drawings for planning submissions, equipment elevations, site layouts, and other site-specific plans — considering a variety of design, legal, and operational factors.

This role is ideal for someone starting or continuing a career in the growing EV industry, contributing to InstaVolt’s mission to deliver best-in-class charging solutions. You’ll work closely with our Development, Connections, Legal, and Planning teams to bring new charging sites to life — from initial design through to construction.

Salary: £26,000 – £29,400 Depending on experience.

InstaVolt is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Development Administrator to support the delivery of EV charging projects across the UK. This role provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Development team, ensuring accurate information flow, reporting, and document control across multiple sites at varying stages of development.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage spreadsheets, review searches and reports, and assist with project tracking and communication. You will work closely with the Lead Project Developer, Project Developers, and internal teams including Connections, Legal, and Planning, providing timely and accurate information to support project progression.

This role would suit someone looking to start or build a career in the EV or infrastructure sector, offering exposure to the full development lifecycle of EV charging projects.
