Land Rights Administrator

£25,000.00 + discretionary annual bonus.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support our growing Land Rights team. This role plays a key part in managing documentation, tracking agreements, and ensuring all land rights processes run smoothly.
No prior experience in land rights is required. We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, confidence using Microsoft systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update land rights records, trackers, and databases
- Organise and manage documentation (contracts, agreements, permissions, etc.)
- Support the team with administrative tasks relating to land agreements and site development
- Ensure accurate data entry and document control at all times
- Track progress of land rights agreements and flag any delays or issues
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. legal, development, finance)
- Prepare reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel and other tools
- Assist with filing, document audits, and general admin support
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Strong administrative and data management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with systems, databases, and digital files
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in an administrative role
- Exposure to property, legal, or development environments
- Experience managing documentation or compliance records
