What do I do if there’s a petrol or diesel car blocking the charging space?

If practical please contact the front desk or reception at the location you are charging at to see if the car is identified. If this is not practical, please send an email to info@instavolt.co.uk with details of the site at which you attempted to charge, date and time. We can share this information with our partners on site and work together to reduce the risk of it happening again.
