If paying via contactless debit or credit card, a pre-authorisation fee of £5 is reserved on your card. You may see this on your account as a “Pending Transaction”. This pre-authorisation amount will automatically be cancelled and replaced with the actual amount you were charged upon completion of the charging session.
To request a VAT receipt, simply e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the charging station name you used, the date and time of the charging session, and how much it cost you and we will produce a receipt for you.
Any electric vehicle that is DC compatible can use our rapid chargers.
Our electric vehicle chargers are all rapid 50kWh+ chargers, capable of adding hundreds of km of range in minutes
All of our chargers are listed on our website in the ‘find a charging station near you’ section. They’re also listed on zap-map.com, the National ChargePoint Registry and on the ChargePoint app.
All of our charging stations are equipped with CHAdeMO and CCS2 connectors.
Tesla drivers will need their Tesla Charging Connector to charge using a CHAdeMO connector. This is available from your local Tesla dealer.

No. You can activate a charging session with only a contactless debit or credit card.
You can use the ChargePoint app if you would like to, but this is entirely optional.
No. We charge a flat rate of £0.35 per kWh, it’s that simple.
If practical please contact the front desk or reception at the location you are charging at to see if the car is identified. If this is not practical, please send an email to email@example.com with details of the site at which you attempted to charge, date and time. We can share this information with our partners on site and work together to reduce the risk of it happening again.
