At InstaVolt, high standards aren’t a once-a-year achievement, they are something we live by every single day. Whether it’s the quality of our customer service, the sustainability of our network, the safety of our teams, or the security of our data, our business is underpinned by our internationally recognised ISO certifications.

We’ve been ISO 9001 certified for quality management since 2019. It helps us build strong, business processes that ensure a consistently excellent experience whether you’re using a charger, getting in touch with our customer care team, or partnering with us on a new site. We apply these principles to everything from how we track and respond to feedback to how we continually improve performance across the network.

Our approach to sustainability is shaped by ISO 14001, the standard for environmental management systems. Certified since 2020, this accreditation supports the decisions we make to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and operate more responsibly. For us, it’s not just about infrastructure – it’s about impact. Every InstaVolt charger runs on 100% renewable energy, helping drivers reduce their emissions with every mile.

We also take pride in how we protect the people behind our progress. ISO 45001, which we’ve held since 2020, underpins our commitment to occupational health and safety. It’s helped us build a proactive safety culture – one that’s been recognised with five consecutive RoSPA Gold Medals annually. A standout moment came during the construction of our largest site to date, the Winchester Superhub, delivered over nine months without a single lost time injury. That’s the standard we aim for every time.

And when it comes to protecting information and your data, ISO 27001 ensures we keep data safe and systems secure. This certification supports how we manage cybersecurity, how we train our staff, and how we respond to digital risks. From our app to our internal platforms, security is embedded into the way we work – giving our users and partners confidence at every touchpoint.

Together, these accreditations reflect our values: quality, responsibility, safety, and trust. We don’t just meet standards – we build on them, every day.
