Every time you charge with InstaVolt through the app, you’ll earn Volts. The more you charge, the more Volts you’ll build up which means the more money you’ll save on your next InstaVolt charge.

Our four InstaVolt Miles tiers are Starter, Bronze, Silver and Gold, and if you’re an existing app user, then you’ve already been placed into your tier based on your previous months charging with us. The higher your tier, the more Volts you earn per charge.

Right now, you can redeem your Volts as charging credit to put towards your next charge at any InstaVolt site. And that’s just the start. Your Volts can take you even further with Virgin Red – Soon, you will be able to convert your Volts into Virgin Points and spend them on epic rewards from Virgin and brands you love. A spontaneous break with serious style? Absolutely. A treat to end the week? Sure thing. The possibilities are endless with Virgin Red.

Unlike other EV charging providers, it’s completely free to join. You’ll just need to download our free InstaVolt app. We don’t charge a subscription for our rewards and you don’t pay for the privilege of earning them. You simply earn them as you charge and pay through the app.

The app also gives you access to our industry-leading 55p/kWh off-peak rate between 8pm and 7am. That’s 11 hours every day to charge for less.*
