At the heart of this is our in-house engineering team, responsible for maintaining, monitoring and supporting our growing ultra-rapid charging network across the UK.
From installing new charging sites to carrying out routine maintenance, our engineers play a critical role in delivering the reliability drivers expect from InstaVolt. As the network continues to expand at pace, having an in-house engineering team allows us to maintain high standards across every location while reacting quickly to the needs of drivers and sites nationwide.
Alongside the engineering team, our 24/7 customer service support team is also there whenever drivers need assistance. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with charging sessions or providing support during journeys, the customer service team works day and night to help keep drivers moving.
Together, these teams help power more than 3,000 chargers across 900+ locations nationwide, supporting drivers on everything from daily commutes to long-distance travel.
