Winchester Superhub introduces 55p/kWh ultra-rapid charging for summer

We’re introducing a market-leading pricing promotion at our flagship Winchester Superhub, making ultra-rapid EV charging more affordable for drivers throughout summer 2026.

From 22 April until the 31^st August, all drivers can charge for a flat 70p/kWh, with no app or membership required. Those using the free InstaVolt app benefit from an even lower rate of 65p/kWh and a new off-peak price of 55p/kWh between 8pm and 7am – the lowest available for ultra-rapid charging without a subscription.

This initiative is powered by our investment in on-site battery energy storage and solar farm, allowing us to purchase energy more efficiently and pass those savings directly on to drivers.

Located at Three Maids Hill near the A34 and M3, the Winchester Superhub is the UK’s largest single-operator ultra-rapid charging hub, featuring 44 chargers alongside a range of on-site amenities and solar generation.

This is a clear demonstration of how we’re using innovation to deliver more accessible, affordable charging for the nation’s EV drivers.
