Already earning Volts? Top up before October is over and you can keep your InstaVolt Miles tier for the next two months or move up to a new one.

Every time you charge with InstaVolt through the app, you earn Volts. It doesn’t matter whether you charge in the day at our standard rate or overnight with our market-leading 55p/kWh off-peak price (8pm to 7am). Either way, you earn the same number of Volts for every £1 you spend.

• • Starter: £1 = 1 Volt
  • Bronze: £1 = 5 Volts
  • Silver: £1 = 10 Volts
  • Gold: £1 = 15 Volts

InstaVolt Miles is simple – the more you charge, the quicker you climb through the Starter, Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers, and the more Volts you get for every £1. It’s completely free, and unlike other reward programmes, once you hit a tier you keep it for two months. Move up again and you keep that new tier for another two. It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing InstaVolt.

You can use your Volts against your next charge. Say you’re in the Bronze tier and you’ve spent £80 charging with us this month. You’ll have earned 400 Volts, and as each Volt is worth 1p of charging credit, that’s £4 off your next charge.

Or, from the 2nd of November, you can transfer your Volts into Virgin Points with Virgin Red, with each Volt worth one Virgin Red point. So where could your points take you?*
