InstaVolt’s footprint in Ireland continues to grow, with nine EV charging sites now live across the Republic of Ireland. Together, these sites provide nineteen ultra-rapid chargers designed to support drivers from coast to coast with fast, reliable and easy-to-use public charging.

Our network has expanded once again with two newly activated locations:

McDonald’s Carrick-on-Shannon, N41 VK33
• 3 × 160kW ultra-rapid chargers

McDonald’s Douglas, T12 K840
• 2 × 160kW ultra-rapid chargers

From Carrick-on-Shannon to Cork, we’re continuing to build a dependable charging network powered entirely by 100% renewable energy. Every InstaVolt site is designed for convenience, accessibility and ease of use, offering drivers the confidence to charge during everyday journeys, weekend trips or longer cross-country travel.

Ireland’s transition to electric mobility is accelerating, and we’re proud to play our part in supporting that momentum. With more sites already in development, this is just the beginning of our long-term commitment to expanding ultra-rapid charging across the country.
