About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support our growing Land Rights team. This role plays a key part in managing documentation, tracking agreements, and ensuring all land rights processes run smoothly.
No prior experience in land rights is required. We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, confidence using Microsoft systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Role Overview:
As a Project Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the development of EV charging sites from early feasibility through to construction readiness. The role is focused on site suitability, design coordination, planning and project progression.
You will work closely with CAD Technicians, Connections, Sales and Legal teams, and external consultants to ensure projects are developed efficiently, accurately, and in line with company standards.
The role includes responsibility for managing the planning approval process where required, including assessing planning risk, coordinating applications, liaising with local authorities, and supporting submissions through to approval. Planning consultants will support complex schemes, but ownership of the process remains with the role.
This role is ideal for someone confident managing projects and designs, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to further develop their experience within the EV infrastructure sector.
You will report into a Lead Project Developer (or the Head of Project Development where required) and will not have direct line management responsibility.
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 Depending on experience.
