About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support our growing Land Rights team. This role plays a key part in managing documentation, tracking agreements, and ensuring all land rights processes run smoothly.

No prior experience in land rights is required. We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, confidence using Microsoft systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Base Hours:       Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5.00pm

Salary:                 Up to £55,000 Depending on experience + annual discretionary company bonus

We’re seeking an energetic and ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. Our small but mighty team covers a lot of ground, and our digital presence is growing. You will help InstaVolt become the EV charging network of choice by increasing the visibility of InstaVolt charger locations across multiple maps such as Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze, ZapMap, and others.

This role is crucial in optimising InstaVolt location listings according to brand values and best SEO practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for testing and developing strategies for paid advertising and communication across social media and CRM platforms.

Role Overview:

The role will provide high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and insight to support business decision-making related to energy and other key categories in this fast-growing business and industry. The Finance Analyst will play a key role in bill validation, standard forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimisation. Experience in the energy sector is preferred, enabling the candidate to interpret energy market data, pricing drivers, and operational cost structures.

Role Overview:

As a Project Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the development of EV charging sites from early feasibility through to construction readiness. The role is focused on site suitability, design coordination, planning and project progression.

You will work closely with CAD Technicians, Connections, Sales and Legal teams, and external consultants to ensure projects are developed efficiently, accurately, and in line with company standards.

The role includes responsibility for managing the planning approval process where required, including assessing planning risk, coordinating applications, liaising with local authorities, and supporting submissions through to approval. Planning consultants will support complex schemes, but ownership of the process remains with the role.

This role is ideal for someone confident managing projects and designs, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to further develop their experience within the EV infrastructure sector.

You will report into a Lead Project Developer (or the Head of Project Development where required) and will not have direct line management responsibility.

Salary:   £28,000 – £32,000 Depending on experience.

This role provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Development team, ensuring accurate information flow, reporting, and document control across multiple sites at varying stages of development.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage spreadsheets, review searches and reports, and assist with project tracking and communication. You will work closely with the Lead Project Developer, Project Developers, and internal teams including Connections, Legal, and Planning, providing timely and accurate information to support project progression.

This role would suit someone looking to start or build a career in the EV or infrastructure sector, offering exposure to the full development lifecycle of EV charging projects.

Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 Depending on experience.
